Athletic Performance Individual & Semi-Private Program
APP – Private Session (1 on 1) - $60 per session or $225 for 4 sessions
APP – Semi-Private (2 to 3 athletes) - $35 per session or $125 for 4 sessions

Prepares young male and female athletes for their specific sport and enhances their sport performance.
Strength – Weight training targeting the upper and lower body, core stability, strength, and rotational power.
Speed & Agility – Linear and lateral acceleration, deceleration, footwork, first step quickness, and running mechanics.
Explosive Power – Plyometrics, proper jumping, and landing techniques.
Conditioning – Proper conditioning resulting in a game ready athlete.
Flexibility and Mobility – Increase muscle quality, length and range of motion through foam rolling and various forms of stretching.
Injury Reduction – Identify and correct muscular imbalances between both sides of the body.
Athletic Performance Program
