About the Program:

This Camp is perfect for athletes looking to tryout for their Middle and High School Teams. All drills will be designed to physically and mentally prepare you for school tryout week!  Each position will focus on the necessary skills, as well as ball control, footwork, and speed that is needed to give the average payer an advantage.  If you are trying out for your school team, this is the camp for you!

Players will receive moderate sports performance training and all skills surrounding volleyball.

High School Tryout Camp:

Monday, July 22 - Thursday, July 25, 4-day camp

AM: 9:00 am - 11:30 am

Middle School Tryout Camp Week 1:
Monday, July 29 - Thursday, August 1, 4-day camp
AM: 9:00 am - 11:30 am
PM: 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm
All-day: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm

Middle School Tryout Camp Week 2:

Monday, August 5 - Thursday, August 8, 4-day camp

AM: 9:00 am - 11:30 am

PM: 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm

All-day: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm​

Price: $180, AM or PM camp

All training will be at Texas One Athletics.

Registration:
All players must register online.

Description of Training:
Training consists of moderate to high impact training including game play sessions.  Players are grouped by age and level.

Coaches:
Texas One Volleyball coaches include former D1 college coaches, TOV coaches, and former TOV players.

Requirement:
Knee pads and athletic shoes are required.  Practice time is subject to change.  
No makeup.  Registration fees are non-refundable/non-transferable.
