​​​About the program:​
Academy One Junior is similar to our well-known Academy One.  This program center around two age groups 9 and 10.  They will train in conjunction with Academy One group.  In this Junior Academy One, we focus on the basic skills.  A lot of the exercises are similar to Academy One but at times additional instructions will be performed to help players to understand.  They will learn all the fundamentals of volleyball, including passing, overhand serving, setting, and hitting.  Also, a physical development like agility, balance, and body coordination will be emphasized. 

All players must pass the performance evaluation test before they can move up to Academy One.
